We offer four superbly equipped self-catering apartments. These units are suited for 2 people sharing, with twin or double beds, (except the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids). Each room has an open planned bedroom with a sitting area, a kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom, TV, a comfortable lounge area and a private entrance with use of the patio, salt water swimming pool and braai area.

Facilities available in each unit:

• Kitchens include fridge, microwave, 2 cooking rings, kettle and toaster.
• Cooking utensils and pots/pans supplied. Just bring your food.
• Fans and heaters in all units. (hairdryer on request)
• All Units have TV.
• Rooms refreshed on daily basis
• For families we do offer a family room with twin beds and a bunk bed for kids (<16 years).
• All linen, blankets and towels supplied.

Rates and Reservations 2010 / 2011

UNITS – IN SEASON: R 750 per night for 2 + R 100 for every extra person
OUT OF SEASON: R 550 per nignt for 2 + R 100 for every extra person

HOUSE - IN SEASON: R 1500 per night. Sleeps 4
OUT OF SEASON: R 900 per night. Sleeps 4

Easter Holidays (April), Oyster Festival (June/July) and December school holidays are IN SEASON,
remainder of the year is OUT OF SEASON

No pets - guide dogs only.

Right of Admission Reserved
· The number of persons booked may not be exceeded without prior consent.
· Your own electrical appliances may not be used in any accommodation.
· A communal braai is provided.
· Units and House must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure. Arrival at 14h00.
· All guests must provide their own beach towels.

General Information
· Reservations made in advance & paid in full will not be affected by future rate increases.
· A 50% deposit on confirmation of booking is standard.
· Booking to be paid in full 21 days before arrival.
· When extending a reservation, extra days will be charged - the rate applicable to that specific day.
· Reservations with part pre-payment will be charged the new rate increase, comes into effect
  on the arrival date.
· On the event of the guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation, the accommodation
  will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
· Tariffs subject to change without prior notification.
· Rates includes one motor vehicle per unit.
· Please observer disclaimer notice when entering the resort.
